the breakfast had plenty of gluten-free options. there was a great variety of food each morning. the executive lounge included gluten-free sandwiches and cake. i found the options fabulous. the cocktail lounge was busy when i came back from an evening out. live music played and i found the cocktails great.
the cleaning process needs improvement as dirty towels were provided.

the staff at reception were helpful. they were quick to assist with directions. they also gave recommendations for local attractions. i found the staff to be well-presented and courteous.

The location was convenient for public transport. The metro station is right outside! it made traveling around the city straightforward. i also noticed an aldi across the street. there was a kebab shop nearby as well.

The hotel offers bag storage. This was a great plus! i could enjoy another full day in the city. i knew my things were safe. i appreciated the availability of a hot tub and saunas.

i stayed in this hotel for four nights. the staff was great and very friendly. the room was clean and spacious (i liked it very much). tea and coffee making facilities were included.
the sound insulation of the room was very poor. the entrance doors provided no sound isolation.

the breakfast buffet offered a good variety. the food was delicious. the hotel is conveniently located right next to the metro station. this made transportation very easy.
i found that the gym was not open. it was a disappointment, as i was looking forward to using it. the room i stayed in felt quite small.

I enjoyed a good size room and bath, both were clean and cleaned daily! The bed was comfortable! The price seemed good too! Close to the train station was a big plus! There were also good restaurants on site with others within walking distance.
